GOV LUCKY AIYEDATIWA through the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Youth Empowerment and Job Creation, has been making waves with impactful initiatives.

Key Initiatives

1. Youth Labor Engagement: Secured jobs for local youth in the Fasoranti Park construction project, providing direct employment and skill-building opportunities.
2. Skill Acquisition Programs:
– IFAD LIFE ND: Empowered 2,000 youths.
– One Youth, One Skill: Equipped young people with self-reliance tools.
– Amotekun Ambassador Program: Created empowerment slots for youth.
3. Education Support: Facilitated WAEC fee payments, scholarships, and teacher recruitment (2,000+ teachers hired).
4. Infrastructure & Security:
– Launched Operation Safe Ondo Waterways, clearing obstructions in Ilaje/Ese Odo waterways.
– Collaborated on maritime security and insurance for riverine transport.
5. Leadership & Advocacy:
– Organized the 1st Ondo State Youth Retreat.
